As a proud member of our community since 1983, I’ve had the privilege of watching it grow and thrive. My deep connection to this area is rooted in family and service. My son, also a long-time community member, and my two energetic grandsons, ages 11 and 15, keep me on my toes with their traveling baseball and other sporting activities. They’re a constant reminder of the importance of building a strong, supportive community for future generations.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to serve on the United Way Board of Directors in various capacities, including secretary, vice president, and president. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the power of collective action in addressing local needs. Currently, I serve as a board member for the Crisis Center of Geary and Riley County, where I work alongside others to support individuals and families during challenging times.
Professionally, I’ve been immersed in the real estate industry since 2007 and I am an Associate Broker with NextHome Unlimited. My career allows me to connect with people at pivotal moments in their lives, further fueling my commitment to fostering strong, vibrant communities.
In my spare time, I enjoy making memories with my grandkids, camping, gardening, and cheering on the Jayhawks at KU sporting events.
