Where would we be without volunteers? Those who give their time and answer the call when a request for help is sent out. We do not say thank you enough. In some cases, those acts of kindness go without thanks, or even go unnoticed by the public. Most volunteers will say that they do not do it for recognition or “thank-you’s”. They do it because they know how important it is, and how much it is needed. United Way of Junction City/Geary County will be showing our gratitude to our many wonderful volunteers, at our Annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon.
